The complex colours and details are fantastic. I'm not a huge fan of the armour, it makes for an awkward figure, and the female looks very stiff.

Excellent work! A little bit too busy though, it's hard to focus on the characters, the main character is kinda disappearing into the background. The shoulders of the woman are too large IMO. Everything else is perfect!

As usual, your painting is full of blazingly coloured details, causing it to never grow boring. The contrasts between these colours, the light and dark contrast and between front and background is good. I like the yellow colour of the background, the twisting twigs and the way it is more faded than the rest in sharpness.
About the characters, the designs are too cool. The woman looks tense, and that's not really strange concidering that she is bound to the sword. Nice detail, that!
Finally, there's a lot of action in here, partly caused by the colours. Well done with another great painting, Kuang!
